    Product Overview

    The operating temperature range is -20°C to 120°C due to temperature limitations of the sealing material. Resilient seat butterfly valves are an excellent choice for continuous adjustment and control, with pressure ratings up to 250 psi and vacuum to 24" Hg.

    Resilient seated butterfly valves, also known as centerline elastic seat soft sealing butterfly valves, feature a design where the center of the stem, disc, and body align on the same axis. This simple structure facilitates easy manufacturing. However, the disc and valve seat are constantly in a state of compression and abrasion, resulting in higher resistance and faster wear.

    To mitigate compression and abrasion while ensuring sealing performance, the valve seat typically utilizes elastic materials such as rubber or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
