We specialize in Socket Weld Gate Valves and Threaded Gate Valves (NPT) for compact, leak-free connections in high-integrity piping systems. For larger lines, our Flanged Gate Valves provide easy installation and maintenance. Furthermore, our BW (Butt Weld) Gate Valves offer a permanent, high-strength solution for welded pipelines. A key feature of our design is the OS&Y (Outside Stem & Yoke) configuration, which provides a clear visual indication of the valve's open or closed status and allows for easier maintenance. Built to last, our Bolted Bonnet Gate Valves ensure a secure seal under fluctuating pressures and temperatures. Every valve is manufactured in compliance with the API 602 standard, guaranteeing quality, safety, and interoperability. ShieldTM Forged valves are available in THREE bonnet designs: Bolted Bonnet whose bonnet and body are connected by bolt, with male-female joint, spiral wound gasket, made in F316L/graphite. Ring joint gasket are also available on request. Welded bonnet which with the body and bonnet all welded and sealed with a threaded and seal welded joint. On request a full penetration strength welded joint is available. Pressure seal bonnet which the body and bonnet are connected by thread and is self-sealed by inner pressure sealing ring. The higher the inter pressure is, the better the sealing performance is. Bolted Bonnet Welded Bonnet Pressure Seal Bonnet ShieldTM Gate valves are used when there is a need of a device that allows or interrupts a fluid flow. These valves aren't designed to regulate the flow or its the high velocity. A valve that is partially open can end up damaging the disc or seats. Under normal operating conditions, it must be used totally open or closed. For their design, this type of valves can be used in any position.
